So if you read my "Nuclear Free Agency" article in the latest Communicator ...

What do you think?  Am I full of B.S. or do you agree with my assessments?

What are you doing to prepare yourself for the near future?

How is your plant responding to the changes in industry?

Nuclear Free Agency

You are right the point. Nuclear Managers, Executives and Operators are leaving companies for more money and promotions. The ability at ONS to back to class for SRO is extremely limited. Trying to get out of Operations is even more difficult any if it is for a promotion.

Management sees you as a number only. You would benefit from the promotion but not the company. It doesn't seem legal or fair.

Could you send me a copy of the article in word or PDF form? I was wanting to share this with others by e-mail. I don't have scanning capabilities to make the e-mail attachment.

 Please send it to bksnyder@duke-energy.com.
